Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail had hesitated to start sawing the shaft of the arrow as he watched Raven try to back away from him. He moved his hands back slightly and frowned as he looked at the other "I'm not going to hurt you..." he tried to reassure him. Or at least he was going to try and not hurt the other male. He knew that while he sawed at the arrow it would likely cause some pain, or at least some discomfort. Making sure to grip the arrow shaft tightly as he sawed at it, he attempted to keep it as still as he could, and sawed as quickly as he could to get it over with.
Once it was done, he moved back a little to give the other some space, not wanting to frighten him anymore. He figured that Raven just wanted to curl up and not move as to not move the arrow anymore, but this side of the river wasn't safe. Even just on the other side of the river wasn't safe if the people did end up following them this way.
Standing up, he stood next to the other and got ready to catch him if he slipped or fell. He shook his head slightly as Raven apologized for not being able to pull him through the water this time around "It's okay Raven... I don't expect you too.." he said softly, trying not to think about his fear of the water. He walked next to the other to the water before hesitating at the edge. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He had to make it across for the other. Before he could think twice about turning and backing up and breaking down, Kail made his way into the water and followed after Raven.
As he swam on, Kail could feel his heart start to race in his chest and he could feel himself start to tense up. He tried to carry on, trying to keep his head above the water.
By the time that he reached the other side of the river, he scrambled up onto the concrete and away from the water, coughing up water and breathing heavily while trying to keep his panic contained. Shaking, he brushed his hair out of his eyes before looking at Raven "A...are...are you okay?" he asked, his voice shaking before he forced himself to stand up.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven was relieved to see the other had made it, though Kail looked shaken up. He tried to help his friend, holding onto the other as they left the water, trying to make sure he was still okay; worried he might still break down or freak out, though he seemed to be handling it much better than last time. As they reached the dry concrete, he couldn't really answer Kail with more than a weak nod as he staggered free of the water and leaned on the railing for a second. He felt ill and dizzy and ended up clutching his stomach as he retched blood onto the pavement. Coughing, Raven slipped down again, his hand leave a streak of scarlet on the metal as he collapsed into a sitting position and trembled violently, trying to get a hold of himself.
They had to make it back to the campus... he knew that, but he felt so tired and cold, his wet clothing clinging to his skin with the water and blood. Clumsily holding his hand over the wound again, he glanced around, uncertain of their coats and his scarf that had been left behind. He might be able to use his to stop some of the blood flow, if he had the energy to get back up.
(shitty post is shitty sorry)

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail was thankful that the other still tried to help him despite how much pain he was likely in. He wanted to shake him off, to tell him that he was fine, but instead Kail helped the other along as well, wanting to make it back to the campus before it was to late for his friend. Shuddering at the thought, he looked at the other as he waited for a response before the other started to throw up even more blood. His heart dropped at the sight. He needed to get Raven back to Daer and someone that could actually do something about the arrow. If he pulled it out here, things could only get worse. He could injury the other more, or get the arrowhead stuck in the other, Raven could bleed out even if he managed to get it out cleanly. Shaking the thought off, he knelt next to the other and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder "Rest for a few minutes..." he told him softly. "It's still a little ways to campus... And I don't think carrying you is a good idea with an arrow sticking out of you..."
Looking towards their coats, he glanced back at the other "I can carry your things back if you dont' want to put them back on..." he offered, watching him closely, afraid he was going to pass out. He glanced over his shoulder, chewing on his bottom lip. Eta needed go hurry up so he could run for help as opposed to making Raven walk all the way back.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven looked up at Kail was the other told him to rest, and he hesitated, not sure if it would be better to slow down or keep going, he felt like if he rested now, he wouldn't have the strength to keep going, but maybe he was right.
He tried to relax for a moment, resting against the railing quietly and taking shallow breaths.
As Kail offered to carry his coat, he shook his head. "N-no, C-can you... would you mind passing me mine? I'm a little cold...sorry." He admitted, looking at the other apologetically. He glanced from the way they'd come, but there was still no sign of Eta or the humans, and he felt very concerned for the man. Had he been killed because they'd run off? Or captured? While Eta seemed like he could take care of himself, he still wasn't sure everything was alright."We have to get back soon... Eta might be hurt, the others should know." He said, glancing up at the other before coughing into his hand again.
Kail had made it though, despite all this, the humans wouldn't find Somnia's group, right? And Kail was here beside him, alive and safe for the most part. He felt a small relief at the thought, but didn't say anything, resting quietly for a moment as he gave in to the drowsiness overwhelming him, his eyes closing hesitantly. He felt unable to do much else.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail stayed knelt in front of the other in silence as he watched him, worried about his friend. He tilted his head to the side and nodded his head "Of course... I.. uh just didn't know if you wanted to wear it or not..." He hadn't been to sure if the coat would just wear the other out even more, having to drag along the weight of the coat with him. Pushing himself to stand up, he went and gathered up his own coat as well as Raven's coat and scarf before returning to the other's side. Setting his own jacket down to the side, he carefully held out the other's coat to him, nodding his head "They'll need to know anyway in case something happens with Somnia and her group that they can't get back right away..." he replied, glancing across the river. Pulling his own coat back on, he buckled it up before he noticed the other's eyes closing. Panic rose in his chest, though he tried to keep calm. Maybe the other resting wasn't that good of an idea... Sure he may have gotten a little energy back, but he hadn't stopped to think of the fact that the other was likely to fall asleep or anything of the sort. Standing up, he reached a hand out to his companion "W..We should get going... I'll help you back..."

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven didn't hear too much of what Kail said as the other passed him his coat, the words muffled and quiet. He glanced up with half closed eyes, mumbling an inaudible thanks as he felt the coat rest on him, providing a little bit of warmth, and lay still as Kail mentioned something about Somnia. His eyes closed, he saw only darkness for a second before feeling Kail stand next to him and say something. He didn't respond for a moment, but then forced his eyes open, feeling a burst of shock, realizing he'd been slipping into sleep. With awareness, the pain returned, and he swallowed, looking up as Kail offered his hand. Pushing himself, he clasped it weakly, trying to get up again.
He continued to hold his stomach as he tried to walk by himself, feeling confused and uncertain.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail frowned as the other just barely glanced up at him. He needed to get him back now before the other didn't have the energy he needed to get back to the campus. He knew that he wouldn't be able carry the other on his back, and he didn't want to risk trying to carry him some other way in case he ended up moving the arrow and causing Raven pain. His brow furrowed as the other finally opened his eyes. When Raven took a hold of his hand, he helped the other up and made sure that he was standing before he let go of the other's hand. "It's going to be okay..." he tried to reassure the other, though he was trying to reassure himself as well. He needed to at least get him far enough away from the river and close enough to the campus that it wouldn't take long to run ahead to get Alpha and Daer and rush back to Raven.
Though Raven tried to walk by himself, Kail stayed close to his side, tense and ready to help him if he needed it, or to even catch him if he fell.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven walked along quietly beside Kail, grateful that the other was staying with him. He was too tired to really acknowledge him, but nodded slightly when he told him it would be okay. He didn't feel sure but tried to be strong for Kail's sake, and forced himself to keep moving despite how slow and disoriented he felt, the pain grinding in him with every step.
At about half way back to the campus, he stumbled and didn't make an effort to catch himself, slipping limply to the cold pavement. The boy curled up on his side, coughing as blood trickled over his lip and pooled slightly around his stomach, his hands fluttering over the wound.
Raven watched the breath cloud in front of his face with dull eyes, knowing he had to keep moving but unable to find the energy anywhere in his body.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail kept his gaze forward for the most part, glancing towards the other every few moments to make sure that Raven was okay. He didn't care how short the other was moving, he just was worried that they wouldn't be able to make it back to the campus. Even though Eta was no where to be found, and they had no idea if Somnia and her group was doing okay and things were going fine for them, he wasn't to worried about them.
Realizing that Raven had stumbled and tripped, he was a bit to late to actually catch the other from falling to the ground. He had been about to reach his hand out to offer the other help up once more, but noticed that Raven hadn't made any sort of move to actually get up. He knelt down in front of him, trying to keep his eyes away from the puddle of blood that was starting to form "R..Raven come on... I.. it's not much farther..."

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven's glanced hesitantly at Kail as the other urged him, and then shut his eyes tightly for a second. He tried to muster the strength to get back up, turning onto his back and trying to push himself up.
He let out a short cry as a shock of pain exploded in him as he tried to move. He collapsed again, tensing up and holding his breath until it was over. He swallowed in discomfort, breathing quickly. "I... I don't think... I can." He got out between short breathes, his voice soft as he looked up the other apologetically for a second before another shudder ran through him.
"I'm sorry-" He coughed. "G-go find the others and tell them...tell them what happened." As much as he didn't want to tell Kail to leave him, he wasn't sure how much longer he was going to last like this, and he didn't want Kail to have to watch him die if that's what it came to. "I...I'll wait h-here." He coughed, attempting to give the other an assuring look.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail watched the other as he closed his eyes. He had been about to nudge the other, to try and get him to open his eyes and carry on. He closed his own eyes tightly as the other cried out in pain. He didn't want to leave him here to go on ahead to bring back the others, but if Raven couldn't make it back, then he really had no other choice. His hands tightened into loose fists before he shook his head as Raven apologized "It's not your fault..." he whispered, looking down at him. He stood up and unbuckled his coat before he carefully placed it over Raven, being careful not to move the arrow "I...I'll be back with Alpha and Daer as soon as I can..." he promised before he ran back to the campus. His father had taught him that it was better to take his time if he ever had to run, to save at least some of his energy. But he didn't care. The brunet ran as fast as he could, just wanting to get back to Raven as soon as he could.
Running up the steps of the main building, he opened the door quickly "Alpha! Daer! R..Raven needs help!" He called out. Looking up at the demon, he glanced over his shoulder "H.. he couldn't... couldn't make it all the way back..."
Daer, who had been pacing nervously around the main part of the building for when the other's returned, looked up as he heard the door suddenly open. He tilted his head to the side as the brunet called for Alpha and himself before he heard that Raven needed help. He ran over to the other "Where is he?"

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven nodded as the other told him he'd go, watching him quietly as he ran off down the road. He took a shallow breath, the blood in his airways making it hard to get enough air. He coughed weakly, holding a hand over the arrow lodged in him. blood coming up in his mouth with another broken breath, and he felt so scared all of a sudden, watching his blood soak his shirt and feeling the arrowhead tear him up inside with every breath. He could feel himself slipping into shock as as he waited for Kail, staring up at the cloudy sky as his vision darkened and swam. He felt numb and disoriented and awfully cold, his heart racing in his chest as breathing became a conscious effort. Trying to ignore the pain, he attempted to relax, his eyelids fluttering shut.
He was confused by the fear and desperation he felt as he lay alone in the street.
Only a month ago he hadn't been scared to die, he'd wanted some escape that he hadn't been brave enough to pursue, but now there was something he cared about, being here, he'd found reasons to live, and he didn't want to go here, like this, even if he'd been prepared for it in the beginning. He felt a sensation of warmth and comfort spread through him and the pain seemed dull and far away, and all he could see was darkness. With a last burst of desperation and awareness of what was happening, he fought against it, trying to move, to speak. He felt a sharp sense of panic, but his intentions were disconnected from his body and the shadows started to swallow him up.
Alpha entered into the main room as he heard Kail speaking with Daer, looking worried. Something had gone wrong. He tilted his head, staying composed as he fallowed the other to Kail. "Are you hurt? Where is Eta and young omega, Kail?" He asked, ready to fallow them, concerned. He glanced around to find one of the other's so he could leave them in charge, but didn't think to much about it.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail looked up towards Alpha as he walked into the main room and made his way over. "I... I don't know where Eta is..." he replied, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked down. "T.. the people... they knew we were there...there were to many of them..." Glancing back up at them, he walked back towards the door "R.. Raven needs help... He was shot by an arrow..." he told them before he started towards the door once more. "He couldn't make it back...he's not that far..." Once outside, he started running back towards where he had left Raven, not even stopping to see if Daer and Alpha were following after him or not. He just kind of assumed that they would follow him.
Daer's brow furrowed as he listened to the brunet speak to him. He glanced up at Alpha as he walked over and Kail took off out the door. Not even bothering to ask Alpha if they should follow the boy, he took off out the door after him. He wasn't to sure how bad the other's wound would be, but it obviously had to be bad if Kail was this shaken up over it.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Alpha hesitated before fallowed the two quickly. He figured that Daer could handle himself, but there was the issue of Eta having gone missing; that never boded well, and he was worried for Kail and young omega as well; If he had died, that would cause a lot of difficulty for Sliet, and while he hadn't really come to know the boy personally, he was still concerned. Besides that, without his own counterpart, he had been focusing solely on Kail and had been almost treating him as such. The other didn't seem to be in a strong emotional state, and he worried for the boy.
He fallowed Kail and Daer, lagging behind them by a bit and keeping a look out as he went' the humans didn't usually stray across the river, but it wouldn't hurt to be safe. He quickened his pace as they came to the barely conscious Raven, laying motionless with Kail's jacket over him and pale as snow. He stood back and stayed out of the way, slightly tense.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail skidded to a halt as they reached Raven once again, dropping to his knees next to him. Glad to see that Daer and Alpha had followed, Kail looked up at the blonde "P...please help him..." he tried to keep his voice to stop shaking. Carefully removing his jacket from over the other, he chewed on the inside of his cheek as he watched Daer kneel down as well to take a look at Raven. He knew that the other wouldn't be able to heal him with the arrow still sticking out of him, but he was afraid to remove it. Even if the boy was unconscious and may not feel it, he didn't think that he'd be able to pull it out if either Daer or Alpha had asked him to. Almost as if the blonde demon had read his mind, he glanced up at him with wide eyes and a furrowed brow. But he knew that it was for the better. With a shaking hand, he gripped the arrow before he closed his eyes. He just had to imagine that he was back home hunting... It was only to get the arrow out... Before he couldn't do it, Kail jerked his hand back and ripped the arrow out of his friend's stomach before throwing it away from them. Any blood that he may have had on his hands, he tried to wipe off on the ground, his whole body starting to shake as he felt tears come to his eyes.
Daer had followed the brunet all the way to where the other boy lay on the ground. After Kail had removed his coat from over the boy, his heart dropped upon seeing how much blood the other was covered in, and how much lay on the ground. Seeing the arrow still sticking out of Raven's stomach, he glanced at Kail "I need you to take the arrow out..." he spoke softly, looking across from where he sat at Kail. "I can't do anything unless it's out..." Watching as the boy got ready to attempt and pull the arrow out, he focused on pushing his healing energy to his hands, ready to place it on the male's stomach as soon as the arrow was out. Surprised at the fact that the boy had been able to pull the arrow out without the arrowhead coming off of the shaft, he quickly placed his hands on where the arrow had been moments before before closing his eyes and focusing on healing the other. When he could do no more, Daer let out a sigh and sat back "The bleeding will have stopped, and any internal damage should be fixed... though I can not assure you that he will make it through this..." he spoke carefully, watching the brunet. "He's lost a fair amount of blood, and that is one thing I cannot fix."

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven heard Kail and Daer near him, blinking blindly as the warmth of Kail's coat left him.
He felt a shock of searing pain leap through him and everything became horribly clear and loud again as the arrow shifted in his body. He took in air painfully, only realizing now that he had stopped breathing, and went rigid as he felt and then saw Kail through blurry vision, kneeling in front of him, his hand clutching the arrow as he went to remove it. Raven felt an intense sense of panic in his confusion, but was too spent to fight back, so he closed his eyes and braced himself. The boy failed to hold in a whimpering cry before gritting his teeth and muffling his voice as the arrow was pulled free. Hot blood spread out rapidly over his abdomen, and he held his breath, freezing up and trembling as Daer's hands laid across his stomach to heal him. The physical contact and closeness of the other, coupled with the overwhelming pain and helplessness Raven felt brought up more desperation, and he shut his eyes against it, and then suddenly it was over.
The agony was gone.
He could breathe.
Raven inhaled deeply, surprised at how painless it was, how good it felt to have oxygen fill his chest. He coughed and blinked a few times, glancing at Kail quietly through darkening vision before letting his eyes flutter shut again.
Harir stood by as Kail helped Daer with Raven, watching with concern but not really in any place to help, before speaking up. "It can't be too long before they begin self healing, can it?" He asked Daer, his voice low. This wasn't good as it was, and neither was Eta's disappearance.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail looked at Daer before back down at Raven. Surely now that he was healed he'd be okay... he wasn't going to bleed out or anything, and surely he hadn't lost enough blood that he was actually going to die. Grabbing his coat once more, he laid it back over Raven for the time being until they were ready to head back to the campus. "J..just rest now...i..it's going to be.. okay now.." he said softly, watching as the other had glanced up at him before allowing his eyes to close.
Daer stood after he had finished with Raven, stepping back and giving the two a bit of room. He looked up at Harir and let out a small sigh "I'm not to sure..." he replied quietly, looking down at the boys. "I'd imagine that they would soon be able to... but I don't know how all of us being here may impact how things go..." After a few moments, he walked over to the two and placed a hand on Kail's shoulder "He needs to get back to rest... And I don't want him walking if he's still awake..." he said with a bit of a stern tone. He doubted that the brunet would let him walk anyway. Moving back to Alpha, his brow furrowed "Should we try and find Eta? Surely he should have been back by now even if they had gotten separated..."
Kail jumped slightly as a hand was placed on his shoulder, looking back up at Daer before he nodded slightly. "I'll take him back..." he said softly before he looked back at Raven. He didn't want to just startle the boy by picking him up, but he didn't want to wake him up if he was asleep. "Raven... are you still awake?" he asked quietly, his brow furrowing.
Daer stood after he had finished with Raven, stepping back and giving the two a bit of room. He looked up at Harir and let out a small sigh "I'm not to sure..." he replied quietly, looking down at the boys. Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
At the sound of Kail's voice, Raven's eyes flicked open slightly. "Mm." He replied softly. But couldn't do much more than that as he tried to stay awake, barely hearing the other's as they spoke. He felt so exhausted, but was scared to sleep as much as he wanted to. He brought his hand up and clutched the jacket laid over him in a gentle fist, pulling it's warmth closer as the he watched the others for the few seconds whenever the blackness wasn't clouding his vision. "..Kail..? th..thanks." He murmered, his voice broken and not really loud enough to make himself heard as he looked up at the brunet. Despite his blurry minded state, he was thankful for his friend having stayed by him, it wasn't something he expected or deserved, and for Kail to try to take care of him like that despite everything made his heart ache.
Alpha hesistated. "If he's still with the humans, I doubt there is a lot we can do for him at the moment. We can't risk sending another in after him right now..." It felt awful to abandon the other, but sending help would just get them killed, and he hoped Eta would be able to save himself, but then... could they really leave their companion to die if there was some chance of rescuing him? "Lets go ahead and see if there's anything to be done. Can you get him back on your own?" He asked Kail, looking at the two.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail held in a sigh of relief as the other opened his eyes and replied. It wasn't hard to tell that the other was struggling to fall asleep, but Kail didn't blame him. Just barely hearing the other when he muttered, Kail tilted his head to the side a bit before he shook his head a bit. Raven had no reason to really thank him. Sure he had brought Daer back, but he was the reason that Raven was hurt in the first place. "We just have to get you back to the campus and then you can sleep all you want," he told him, fixing his coat that laid over the other to cover him a bit more. Looking up as Alpha spoke to him, he nodded "I should be fine..." he told him. "I... I'm sorry that I can't be of help to find Eta..." he apologized, chewing on his bottom lip. "He was with us when the humans attacked... but when they got into the square we kind of lost sight of him..." he explained a bit more. Looking back at Raven, his brow furrowed a bit "Do you think you have enough energy to crawl onto my back so I can get you back to the campus?"
Daer nodded his head as he listened to Harir. "I understand. It was just a thought," he said, dipping his head a bit. He looked down at the two "Remember. No walking, Raven." Blinking as Alpha seemed to change his mind, he nodded "Maybe he found his way out of the square chasing out some humans... for all we know he could have met up with young Phi's group by now..."

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven hesitated, feeling worried as the other asked him if he could get up. Could he? He tried, for Kail's sake, to sit up, but he was shaking so badly and felt so numb that it was almost impossible. He put his hand out on the pavement to move himself up but couldn't find the strength, the street swirling around him before he felt someone grip him.
Noticing the two having trouble, Harir stepped forward and leaned down, picking Raven's smallish body up easily, he shifting him onto Kail's back and holding him there until they were secure. After, he turned to Daer and nodded slightly. "I'll see if there is anything we can do now. You're welcome to come, I doubt there will be too much danger now." He told the other. Kail would be able to tell the others, and it would give them a chance to help Eta if there was still the possibility of saving him.
Raven yelped and struggled a bit as he was picked up suddenly. "H-hey!" Shocked but trying not to resist before coming in contact with Kail.
He wrapped his arms around the boy's neck instinctively as he tried desperately to hold on, his face buried in the crook of the Kail's shoulder, dark hair covering his embarrassment. He felt anxious and uncomfortable about holding onto Kail like this, but knew he couldn't walk back how he was, and arguing with three others would be pointless. Resting awkwardly, he tried to stay calm despite the closeness of the other, trembling but too drowsy to do much anyway. What about Kail? He doubt the other could carry him, but he'd been shaken up and tired out too, and Raven felt bad that now the other had to carry him as well.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail stayed silent as he waited for the other to try and get up. Or at least try to. After a moment, he placed a hand gently on the other's shoulder "It's okay if you can't... don't push yourself to much.." he said softly. Noticing that someone had reached down to pick the other up, he looked up to see Alpha. He stood up, about to protest before he realized that Harir was lifting Raven up to his back. He dipped his head in thanks before he carefully took a hold of Raven's legs to help keep him from sliding off of his back. Carefully reaching down to pick up his coat that had fallen after Raven had been picked up, he looked over his shoulder slightly at Raven "Did you still want this for now?" he asked softly, raising an eyebrow. He could feel the other shaking, but he wasn't sure if it was from the cold, how tired he likely was and everything he had gone through, or a combination of the both.
Daer had been about to step in and offer the two boys a bit of help but stopped when he noticed Alpha step forward instead. After the male had turned back to him, he nodded "I'll come with you. Though I can't be of any help fighting if we run into the humans, it wouldn't hurt to have another person to try and find Eta," he said before looking at the two boys again. "There should be a small empty room at the end of the hall with all of the bedrooms that would probably be better for him to rest in. I'll be in to check on the both of you when we get back," he said before turning back to Eta. "Lead the way then."

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Raven glanced up from beneath his hair as Kail turned slightly to look at him, and shook his head. "I-it's okay... I don't want... you to be cold." He mumbled as he held onto the other quietly. Being pressed up against Kail was giving him a source of warmth anyway, and he didn't want to make the other give up his jacket anymore. He felt guilty about having to be cared for like this, and didn't want to make Kail do anymore than necessary. He rested quietly against the other boy, barely awake anymore. His initial discomfort about the situation fading with his consciousness while he held onto his friend tiredly as they started back.
Harir nodded to Daer, glancing after the two as they left, and starting towards the river. He could jump through space pretty easily is they had to make an escape, though he wasn't certain of Daer's ability. As they reached the water, he noticed the smoke pluming over the other side of the city, near the tower, and held back a frustrated sigh. They had definitely not been in an out quickly with as little disturbance as possible. Not desiring to get himself drenched in the icy water, he stopped, and the air shimmered around him before he reappeared with a dull, dark flash of light on the other side, glancing around cautiously before looking back to see if Daer was going to fallow.

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail nodded his head slightly. He couldn't really get his jacket back on anyway more even if he was cold. "Just let me know if you get cold and want it," he spoke gently before nodding as Daer spoke to him about the room at the end of the hall. Making sure that he had a good enough grip on Raven's legs so he wouldn't slip, Kail took a deep breath before he started back towards the campus. Normally he would have walked a bit quicker, but he didn't want to disturb Raven if he fell asleep, and now that it seemed like his friend was going to be okay, the tiredness he felt was starting to finally settle in. But he had to push through it until they were back on campus, though he figured even then he wouldn't allow himself to sleep. Not until he knew for sure that Raven was going to make it through this.
Once back to the campus, he made his way to the main building before up the steps. He struggled a little to get in through the front door, not wanting to just back into it to open it because of Raven, and not wanting to let go of the other's leg in case he slipped. Finally opening the door, he made his way inside before carefully up the stairs. Looking up and down the hall, he made his way to the room he assumed that Daer had been talking about before opening the door and stepping in. It was smaller than all the other rooms and away from the majority of the other rooms, but he figured it was better for the other to rest.
Walking to the bed, he carefully leaned down so Raven would be able to get off of his back and onto the bed easier.
Daer followed along just a little bit behind Harir as they made their way to the river. While he knew that Alpha could jump a little further than he could... or well a lot further most likely, he knew that while he could only do smaller jumps through space, he would be able to make it across the river without actually having to get in the water. Stopping, he allowed Harir to go first before he followed after him. Just landing on the edge of the destroyed bridge, he stopped himself from falling backwards into the water before he looked around nervously. Surely the humans weren't around anymore?

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
"..Okay.. th-thanks Kail.." He said softly as the other continued to walk. Raven slowly relaxed, loosing his grip on awareness as his adrenaline started to fade. He wasn't sure if he was dying or not, feeling the blackness tug a him, and was still conflicted about if what he had done had worked, but hoped that things would go better this time, and that after all this they had made a difference, rather than failing again.
He felt oddly safe and warm next to Kail, and didn't try to fight the exhaustion hanging over him anymore. He closed his eyes as he held onto the boy carefully. The last thing he knew was the beat of the other's heart.
By the time they reached the campus, he had slipped past sleep into something deeper, and didn't rouse even slightly as Kail moved around and climbed the stairs.
When the other leaned to set him down, he slumped onto the bed on his side, laying motionless on top of the sheets, his face bloodless and his chest rising and falling weakly.
Harir went around a back way quietly to approach the square from a more secluded angle, not sure what he was going to find, and hoping not to be seen if there was any disturbance still going on. He didn't have any doubts about fighting a couple humans, but if Eta had been over whelmed and the two boys nearly killed...

Re: COMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Kail carefully stood up once Raven had fallen back into the bed. Carefully, and with a little bit of difficulty as the other was laying on the sheets, the brunet pulled them back before covering Raven up. Pulling his jacket back on, he buckled it up before looking around. The only thing really in the room was the bed. He thought about going down to grab a chair to sit in for the time being, but he didn't want to leave the other's side in case something happened while he was gone. Glancing back towards where his friend lay on the bed, Kail chewed on the inside of his cheek. At the same time, he figured that he should tell one of the other demons what had happened, and where Harir and Daer had gone. But would they even be here? Eta had gone with him and Raven, while Kappa had gone with Somnia, Adrian and Kaus, but that didn't mean that the other's would have stayed around here. For all he knew they could be out with their counterparts... but maybe he should at least try to find Sliet to let her know about Raven... Heading into the hallway, he walked down the hallway "Is anyone here?" he called out lightly, not wanting to just go around knocking on doors or wondering around.
Daer walked as silently as he could, looking around nervously as they moved to approach the square. He was concerned about the smoke that he had seen, but didn't voice his concern. Surely any fire wouldn't have stuck to the ground or the bricks... Peeking into the square, his brow furrowed as he saw the state that the tower was in. "Weren't they only suppose to jam the signal...?" he asked quietly.
